TIP Intelligence Engine's flow of steps for connecting the right expertise to the right need:
Step 1: Request Arrives
A user or team submits an expert request, defining the question, challenge, or support needed.
Step 2: Analyze Context
The TIP Intelligence Engine utilizes AI to analyze key content and factors —including subject matter, complexity, urgency, and required skills.
Step 3: Expertise Matching
The engine utilizes AI to identify qualified individuals based on credentials, experience, and past contributions.
Step 4: Expert Ranking
Candidates are prioritized using a multi-factor score that balances skill relevance, historical performance, and real-time availability.
Step 5: Dynamic Routing to Expert
One or more of the highest-ranked experts are selected by the user. The request is dynamically routed to selected user(s). This ensures that the right expertise is quickly connected to the need, reducing time-to-resolution and improving outcomes. As a result, human expertise is networked together for optimizing organizational efficiency. Credit may optionally be given to an expert responding to the request.
