Step 1: PROBLEM / REQUEST ARRIVES
When a person needs expert help on a specific topic or problem, a request is entered into the TIP Intelligence Engine. This request captures the nature of the challenge, the expertise required, and any time constraints. The request becomes the starting point for TIP's intelligent expert-matching process.
Step 2: ANALYZE CONTEXT
TIP's Intelligence Engine examines the request to understand what type of expertise is needed, how complex the problem is, how quickly it needs to be solved, and what specific skills or experience are required. This contextual analysis ensures that the matching process considers all relevant factors.
Step 3: MATCH EXPERTISE
The system searches its database of organizational expertise to find people who have relevant credentials, work experience, past performance, and demonstrated expertise in the subject matter area. Candidate experts are identified based on how well their expertise aligns with the request.
Step 4: RANK EXPERTS

One or more of the highest-ranked experts are notified of the request and engaged to work on it.
